    I am very frustrated with your company's lack of communication.  Please send me the information on how to return this item.  You did not respond to my questions, did not ship on time that I paid for, and you have made it impossible to return the extra items

    I am also VERY frustrated with your company.  No communication at all and I have made 5 attempts to reach someone to get information to return my purchase.  Also, conveniently no phone number available to contact you.  Please send me information to return this product!!  My next communication will be with the better business  bureau!

    I wish I read the return comments before purchasing the Tiger Lady.  I have sent two emails about returning a defective product and I have yet to hear anything from them.  Their return form is bogus where it leads you to no form.  Also the product is not what I expected.  You are better off carrying a plastic pointed toy as the Tiger Lady doesn't feel sturdy and the claws retraction gets stuck.  Faulty product--DON'T BUY!

    Seems like after four to five years the story stays the same.  I've made three attemps to reach out to someone about returning your product and no response has been received.  The product was not what my wife was wanting and now we are stick with it because of the lack of communication.  I would advise anyone else looking at this product to go somewhere else.
